Posted April 13, 200619 yr Celtic boss Gordon Strachan has been voted Manager of the Year by the Scottish Football Writers' Association. The former Coventry City and Southampton boss claimed the award after leading The Bhoys to the Scottish Premier League title in his first season in charge at Parkhead. ================================================== Excellant achievement Gordon, leading Celtic to the title in his first season is impressive. Hopefully he can help us make an impact in Europe next year.
April 13, 200619 yr Not to be disheartening, but it's hardly hard work leading Celtic to the SPL title is it. Good on him though, I like him! :cheer:
April 14, 200619 yr Hmm...is Strachan really only famous outside Scotland for being on Match of the Day and managing Coventry and Southampton? Poor bloke.
