Ok Ladies and Gents... Steve.

 

Steve doesn't seem to get much of our attention these days. I feel bad about that.

 

For starters, his knees must be absolutely f*cked. I thought my knees were a bit dodgy now and again, but thrashing away at those drms for over 90 mnutes in every gig is amazing.

 

It also winds me a up a fair bit that we never get any photo's of him... he hides behind that drum kit!!! The best photo i have of him is one that i took of the screen at Ali Pali last year!!! ha ha ha! I think he's a bit like Bill when it comes to publicity.

 

Please feel free to add comments about Steve... after all, he is a member of the band too!!

Yeah, that's true we shouldn't ignore him. :lol:

 

He comes across as a really great guy with a bold personality in interviews with the band I have to admit.

Ok, I agree with this.

 

I think he is really great drummer, and believe or not, on Placebo performances I watched, I always watch how he is great in his job. And also I noticed that cameras also looking more in Brian and Stefan and he is always behind those drums, which isn't fair.

 

I also think that's not just about Steve. I mean, there a lots of bands, and drummers in them aren't popular as much as other members of the band. I think drums are great music instrument, and I really love them, but the fact that drummers aren't that popular, sometimes annoys me.

 

But, come back to Steve.

 

There really aren't many pictures of him. I always try to find live pictures of band, but there are just Brian and Stefan. Actually, you can see Steve only on the end of the concert, when he come to say hi to crowd.

 

 

Anybody maybe have more informations about Steve? :)
