SUGABABES star KEISHA BUCHANAN battled depression during the British girl group's rise to fame. Buchanan, 22, admits she was depressed in her teens, but since getting over the illness has been assisting others with similar problems. She says, "When I was 16, I really suffered from depression but family and the church got me through it. I've been visiting a hospital where they treat victims of self-harming, to help other people." And the singer offers her support to troubled pop star BRITNEY SPEARS, adding, "I've just come out of a relationship so I can relate to her pain."
