The lock of hair, which is only 3 cm, has sold on eBay for a total of $1,000,100.00! The eBay seller claims the alleged lock of Britney Spears' hair has been DNA Tested to prove it's truly hers, or so the seller says. One eBay customer felt the seller was trying to pull a fast one and get a way with selling fake 'Britney hair'. The annoyed onlooker said: "Funny isn't it, someone else has this same lock of hair up for auction. Same photos too. Only that person has 1 bid for $10,000.00. Of course his bidder has 0 feedbacks and just joined eBay the day his auction went up." The seller replied: "My pics are real, not fake!!! The DNA testing was a good idea to prove it's Britney's hair, but it would also serve another purpose well. Fed-Ex, or tabloids, can test the hair for drugs to see how long Britney's been out of control, and what drugs she's been using.
