OK, without reading the rest of this thread, my Top 6:

Scooch

Cyndi

Hawkins & Brown

Liz McClarnon

Big Brovaz

Brian Harvey

I think Scooch would've been the perfect act for us a few years ago, I don't know if Eurovision has changed much since then... maybe we've got the perfect act 10 years too late

Eurovision aside, I thought they all sounded pretty good except Brian Harvey who can't sing!

Trust me, Scooch are easily one of the worst candidates to send these days in Eurovision

Well, them and Big Brovaz, but that's a different story ;)

Out of the three poll questions I've gone:

1. Hawkins & Brown

2. Cyndi

3. No - The Spice Girls could reform and perform the best song that songwriters Guy Chambers & Cathy Dennis can come up with, get Xenomania to produce it and it would probably finish 7th.

Our best chance would've been to get Morrissey to perform a self-penned track called "America is evil, impeach Bush for his crimes" and we'd might stand a chance of winning.

Well, I suppose we could stand a chance of winning if we sent the Scissor Sisters next year ^_^

Well there certainly are some random songs this year for eurovision:

Switzerland is weird:

This is my fav so far

Ooh and i like this

I love Norways and Cyprus's songs to

so when do u think the show will end and we gonna know the winner???

The show will start again at 9:30, they'll announce the votes, and the final two acts will have a sing-off, and I presume there may be more votes

If Wogan et al decide the winner I will have to murder someone

My favs are Scooch, Hawkins & Brown & Cyndi.

Personally i liked the Scooch song, i think it's a good Eurovision song. And fun cheesy pop has been away for far too long.

I'd like to see that win, but i wouldn't be too disappointed if Hawkins & Brown won.

As long as it's not Big Brovaz i don't mind.

hmm so it's gonna take a while till the winner is anounced :(

it's OK i just hope it's a good one :) havent heard any of the MYMU entries so i'm excited :D

Try www.keithm.utvinternet.ie, just go a bit down the page, there's a link to a page where you can hear them all ^_^

Switzerland track is not that bad actually, nice rock ballad, could do well, on the other hand the act can be off putting.

Switzerland is a dance track

Really, unless Conor posted the wrong you tube link

I liked Liz McClarnon's 'Don't It Make You Happy' and don't think its a rip off. I feel she performed and sung it well and was not miming. However, I'm going to go for Hawkins and Browns superb 'They Don't Make Them Like They Used To Do' to win. The song and their performance were superb and I want them to win followed by Liz McClarnon in a close second. I feel it is really tight between Big Brovaz, Brian Harvey, Cyndi and Scooch however, I think Scooch will finish bottom followed by Brian Harvey or Cyndi second bottom and then Big Brovaz in third. Cyndi's song is a complete and utter rip off of 'You Raise Me Up' and imo her voice is slightly wooden and weak.

(Before I disappear to the pub)

I hope Cyndi wins although I expect Hawkins & Brown to.

I just hope that appalling Scooch track does not win as it would replace when Michelle ("Sheena Easton in a fat suit" © Jonathan Ross) McManus winning Pop Idol 2 as the biggest UK music voting joke of all-time.

Here we go, I hope its not Scooch  don't fancy emigrating

I'm thinking ahead just incase it is!

Have to prepare myself!

Hmmm....I have always wanted to visit Greece!
