Beautiful made me a fan, I liked everything else but when I heard Beautiful I knew she was my favorite singer. Then when "Voice Within" & "Fighter" were released I became a bigger fan

I think alot of people became a fan from the "Stripped" album. Favorite song from B2B is either "Hurt" or "Slow Down Baby"!
Well I remember when Genie In A Bottle came out and I didn't like it much at all, my mom did though and I think that made me hate it even more haha. Then when What A Girl Wants came out, I didn't like it much but I thought it was better than GIAB. Then I remembr Come On Over and it was a really good song (and still is tbh). But I think it wasn't really until Lady Maralade that I became a fan. Then when she started releasing all of the Stripped singles, I became a big fan. I bought Stripped and loved it :D Along came B2B and I loved it so much, more than Stripped I think. Ain't No Other Man was released and it was my favourite Christina single up until that point, she announced her tour and I got tickets because I was in love with her at that point. The day I saw her in concert I was :o... I nearly cried when it finished haha, but since then I've become an even bigger fan. Hurt I loved and Candyman is my favourite Christina song of all time :D
I liked 'Genie In A Bottle' and 'Lady Marmalade, but I suppose I became a fan when 'Beautiful' was released.

I renember when 'Genie In A Bottle' came out it was round the time of all the Britney Spears hype, and I wasn't to fussed about Christina back then, tbh, I actuall hated her  Then 'What A Girl Wants' I thought was pretty meh, but when Come On Over came out I saw it on tv all the time and I started to quite like it

I thought Lady Marmalade at the time was a bit, Woa :o As I wasn't exactly old/mature to understand it all

Dirty/Beautiful/Fighter/Cant Hold Us Down/The Voice Within = (when I became a fan)

Tilt Ya Head Back = x2 (when I really started to like her)

Carwash = Yeah it was alright

And then from that Im a big fan of hers :D

'Dirrty' made me a fan, is my fave track EVER!! of anyones...

i saw the 'Beautiful' video again other day, i forget sometimes how much of an amazing track it is, and to be honest is loads better than 'Hurt'!! :P

I'd always loved Christina, but when Dirrty came out I rushed out to buy Stripped before Beautiful was even released :D Then I consequently bought her first album after that and then B2B and I found her Spanish album in Virgin last month and bought that too!
I became a fan after the first single, "genie in a bottle". I really liked her first album as well, but I think she progressed alot with her new sound on the 2nd album and released a far more mature sounding album. This reflected in the massive sales of the 2nd album compared to the first. I like her new album as well, although stripped is my favourite era so far.
i loved genie in a bottle and the other songs she released off that album but i think i became a fan when she released dirrty, i brought stripped and loved it, its one of my fav albums, then i brought the album with genie in a bottle on it.....i was goin say i brought her first album but that wasnt her first was it? unless i'm imagining albums again
Beautiful and Fighter

Alot of people became a fan Stripped onwards then, Not suprised it is a amazing album.

Edited by Andy.

beautiful got me interested...but hurt did it for me
'stripped' did wonders for xtina, but i still think the best is yet to come, her vocals on B2B are much stronger and will only progress i think... she will win over a load of new fans while she is the reigning 'godmother of soul'!!
