March 19, 200718 yr I'd Wait For Life started off as one of my favourites but I'm not as fond of it anymore - having given all the other tracks a good listen. I agree with previous poster - Reach Out would have been much better or even Ain't No Sense in Love - you can hear them all sing - whereas on I'd Wait For Life you can only hear Gary - and as much as I like Gaz - I like to hear the harmonies of all four. And I can just see the TT knockers saying 'oh its just Gary Barlow with his backing singers' Kathy
March 19, 200718 yr I love it! I am more than happy that 'I'd wait for life' is their next single. Mark took the lead on 'Shine', so why not. There will always be folks out there ready to knock Gary whatever he does. I don't think that this time round, who sings what is going to be an issue. They are just so happy to be back where they belong and I say...keep it coming boys. :cheer: :yahoo:
March 19, 200718 yr Hiya Buzzjill! Don't get me wrong - Gaz is my fave - and I can see the reasoning behind IWFL - it was the first song that all four of them came up with for the album - but for the sake of TT as a whole - I think one of the others may have been better. Maybe a compromise is in order and they could do what used to be called a "Double A" and have two tracks from the album. Kathy
March 19, 200718 yr Author Really :o I'd much perfer Reach out myself. Yep it is. :P Out of all the slower tracks on the album, this is the most commercial and is likely to do the best for the album. I quite like this, not as much as the three more upbeat tracks. I think Reach Out shall be single #4 though.

For anyone listening to it on the radio, they would just think it was Gary alone and when they perform it live what would the others do? I don't think they even sing backing like they do on 'Patience' do they? *off to listen again* Reach Out would've made more sence imo, I presume it will be released after though.
March 20, 200718 yr its a good choice this or reach out are theones id pick but reach out has to be the 4th single

Kathy Hi Kathy, I would have loved 'Reach out' to be next single also, it is so catchy and think it would be a real hit!, but I also really don't mind IWFL. You are right re- the rest of the band...to be honest, I never thought of that. I love the harmony on Reach Out...in fact I love all the songs on the album. My head is dizzy, been listening to all their old stuff too, I am completely addicted! BTW...a double A would be  brilliant. All I want is for them to continue their fantastic run and comments from many people who I have spoken with re IWFL, it is one of their fav's tracks from the album. I'm a real sucker for a beautiful ballad, i'm a real sucker for TT :P and it is beautiful, it sends shivers down my spine. Don't you just love them
March 20, 200718 yr Big mistake IMO. The Take That reunion is starting to look like a project to relaunch Gary Barlow. Not that I have a problem with that, but get ready for the backlash. It will all end in tears. Edited March 20, 200718 yr by Bond Bug

It will all end in tears. All the songs have been co written to some extent by the band and in much the same way, they will have reached an agreement into who sings what! I mean you can't tell who they are. It is just a middle of the road boring song like the ones he was making when his solo career nose-dived. This won't get to number one. It is too slow for Radio, too long and lacks originality and you can't hear the rest of Take That.
March 20, 200718 yr We are all entitled to our opinion as you are BB, though, I have to say I think that you are wrong, but thanx anyway.

It's probably not the strongest contender on BW to be a number one and not one of TT's better efforts. But at least its better than Rob's latest effort. Kathy

Kathy Again making unnecessary digs at Robbie when this has NOTHING to do with him. How very sad. You are doing nothing other than giving TT fans a bad name and $h!t stirring.
March 20, 200718 yr I'm sure Robbie will come back with more Swing stuff. He could do a duet with Ray Quinn!
