well there seems to be a kind of relationship between the gay people and strong black (mostly) female characters, and as i think sccoch was voted for due to the camp nature of the performance i would expect most of the voters to have been from the LGBT community (also seeing that in the obit of the gaydar creator it mentioned there was a popular eurovision forum area) and so i think anti-black feeling would not be a factor as i think many divas worship will be black (or african-american if you are reading this in the States).
