Glad you had a good time anyway, I've got out Three Cheers... quite a lot lately and still love it  and they're quite high on my list of bands to see ^_^

i didnt get to see the support act cos we were late gettin there so i dunno :(
My mum went to the one in Brighton for her birthday on the 21st and liked it so much she went to Birmingham last night
they used to be ok-ish, but their new song is embarresing and their nothing more than a teenagers pop band who millions of kids have pretended to like and evryones jumped on the band wagon.
Someone i know went to see them in Brighton yesterday, he hit me in the arm as he couldn't handle me calling them c**p. :funky:

i went see them at manchester last night and they were great....would definatly go see them again

one thing that did p*** me off tho was MEN arena.....i hate it there.

they wouldnt let me take any photos.....even tho loadsa people around me where taking photos, i moved about 3 times thinkin i was safe but it wasnt long before another yellow MEN man found me and told me i couldnt take photos

and i tryed to get a drink from the bar after the support act had been on and they asked to see ID which i wasnt that bothered about cuz i get asked that a lot.....but even then they wouldnt serve me! i told them that the ID card that i had is supposed to be accepted everywhere and it said clearly at the bottom that i was 18 in may 2005......in the end my bf brought me my drink and the woman who wouldnt serve me said it was ok for him to buy me a drink but i couldnt buy one myself

The flashes can put off the performers

and whatever you say about it

it was voted the best indoor music arena in the whole entire world :D my city! i love it

i just hate the security there

when i went see pink last year they made us wait ages til we could go in and then they made everyone who was standing sit down until support came on

The think about camera's putting off performers, most live gigs are full of flashig stage lights anyway.

Best move it over here then.

Take it back - My Chemical Romance would put themselves in punk / metal rather than here.

Once again we need a board for emo...

I'm sure they would certainly want to be thought of as a "cool, rad, Punk band" mate, but they are totally wrong... No self-respecting Punk or Metal fan that I know would give 'em the time of day.... In fact, no real "Indie" or "Alternative" music fan would either....

They're a guitar pop band for sulky, angsty teenagers who like to think they are "rebelling", but in reality they are musically not much different to Busted or McFly (have you even heard their new material...?)... You think that just cos you wear black and put on a bit of make-up it automatically makes you a Goth or a Punk or a Metaller... Please mate, you're surely old enough to know better....

I reckon Russ actually hit the nail on the head when he referred to them as My Comical Romance....

OK, I will admit it, I enjoyed their show last night  Say what you will about the music but they did put on a hell of a show  Although, I totally agree with Scott on the ways of most of the fans  I think I was the only person not wearing black

And as a bonus it was in my fave venue ever - Camden Koko

Precisely why an emo board is needed - they really shouldn't be on this board at all. This is probably the last place, dance excepting, I would stick an MCR topic.
