Album: Meds (2006)

What happened to us,

What happened to me,

What happened as I let it slip.

- Not very single material, but it seems that fans love it. Especially when they play it live. I love Brian's acoustic guitar. :P And I don't like very much video of it. :( All in all, very good.

Live video: Canal+

Sometimes it's faded

Disintegrated

For fear of growing old

Sometimes it's faded

Assassinated

For fear of growing old

Can't stop growing old...

- Such a great classic. I'm sorry to say that it missed my top 10. :( But, improvement is that I like it much more then I did before. :D

Live video: This video you must watch! :o It's such amazing performance  , maybe even the best one of this song, imo. :o And Brian... People, just look how he have a style.

Album: Meds (2006)

Before our innocence was lost

You were always one of those

Blessed with lucky 7's

And the voice that made me cry

- This is the second song of Placebo I really liked. I heard also Twenty Years and Special Needs, but those I didn't like at first. So, Song To Say Goodbye is very good with also very good video and lyrics. :D I remember watching the video on tv and singing the song, in the time I only heard for Placebo and I had no idea how they look. And also, I think Brian's unique voice was the thing which made me to listen this song. ]

Live video: French show Taratata (2006)

Good to see 'Pure Morning' and 'This Picture' make your top 15, although they'd be much higher on mine.

agree

Fall into you

Is all I ever do

- Song which I heard for the first time watching the concert Rock AM Ring 2006 on tv. Drums in song are very good  and piano (or keyboards  ) during the end of the song (when they played it live) are pretty good. Also, live performance of it always showing how great voice Brian have. -_- And almost forgot to say... I like video for song (maybe the best one after Special Needs) and I think this song definitely deserved to be a single from Meds. Too bad it wasn't out the UK. :(

Album: Meds (2006)

I came down to wish you an unhappy birthday

I’m coming up on infra-red,

there is no running that can hide you

cause I can see in the dark

I’m coming up on infra-red,

forget your running, I will find you

- It must be that high. -_- I remember time when I downloaded it, I was listening it whole day.  Deserved single place from album Meds and also good video. I read somewhere that lyrics of this song are written from last line to the first one. Amazing fact. Also in some interview Brian said it's a song about revenge.

Kate Bush cover

'C'mon, baby, c'mon, c'mon, darling,

Let me steal this moment from you now.

C'mon, angel, c'mon, c'mon, darling,

Let's exchange the experience, oh...'

- I adore this song. I could listening it whole day. It have a great melody and simply amazing rocky ending. I didn't heard original of it, but my dad did and he said that Placebo's cover is better :P (he heard only live version of it). Album version of it could be a bit boring, but every live performance of it is new amazing moment.

Live performance: Rock AM Ring 2006 (one of their best I saw  )

And another great video of it: :P
