The pop princess went to Epitome Salon in Bel Air, CA, where she sat in front of huge windows and gave the paparazzi a full view of her discussing what she wanted to have done. One onlooker claims, "She was looking through hair magazines." "She had a big book that had a bunch of hair samples in it, like the kind you look at if you are going to get your hair dyed or extensions put in." According to Star, 'Things took a turn for the worse and the star had to be moved to a back room with closed curtains so she could look over the hair samples away from all the prying camera lenses -- about 40 of them!' An onlooker tells the mag, "It was crazy! Finally, the police had to show up for crowd control! They started pushing people back, mostly the dozens of guys with cameras. But by the time they showed up, there were also loads of curious tourists, too! They were shouting at everyone to get back!"
