This is probably Nelly's least discussed album on this forum so I thought it'd be a good thing to discuss :D

 

I rarely play this album in full. I find it a bit gimmicky and the quality is not great in parts. That said it really doesn't sound dated considering a lot of the music around in the 2000/1 era :o

 

"$h!t on the Radio" is phenomenal that said. I absolutley adore it :wub:

I have only heard three songs from this album.

But I do LOVE all three of those tracks...but I guess the singles aren't as good as the rest of the album?

Whoa Nelly is in my opinion her worst album!

I like it, but not as much as Loose, and knowhere near as much as Folklore!

I agree, it is probably her worst album, but i still like it ^_^

There are some real gems on the album, but as a whole, i don't really like it!

I think Whoa, Nelly! is like having Ice Cream with extra sugar and milkshake to lunch and candy as dessert. A bit too much. But I like it anyway..

Baby Girl, i despise -_-

I quite like baby girl!

The album is a bit OTT and over-sweet I agree. That said it really doesn't sound dated :wub:

Oh and on "Baby Girl" its such a MESS. Its all over the place, quick to slow, weird noises to singing its like a song CAR CRASHING or having a fit :(

I suppose people might have been a little dissapointed by some of the album Tracks quality :(
