I like Carrie Underwood too, veryy talented and stunning! I still hope it doesn't outsell Mimi though! I don't think Mimi is amazing, there were some great songs (WBT, DFAU, ILT, Joy Ride) but the songs have nothing on some of her older songs on Daydream, Music Box, Rainbow, Butterfly, for me anyway!

Oh there are some songs on Mimi I would definitely place above some of her older work. :P

yes i agree there are only some very outstanding songs on mimi but also many songs that just are very much the same..

TEOM, Some Heart and Breakaway..

currently Breakaway sells over 6000 copies more per week than TEOM on the catalogue charts and will or just has overtaken mariahs soundscan total, carrie underwood will overtake TEOm in just 3-4 weeks, as it still sells in excess of 40.000 copies every week.

 

so TEOM is no longer the biggest selling and highest certified US album after USHERs confessions!

Well that's a shame, still a huge success for Mariah though. ^_^

Doesnt matter if they take over her i suppose Mc would have made far more money out of the album considering she wrote all of her own stuff and the others didnt.
