This is ACT, Snobbery and Decay - the debut single from one of my favourite 80s bands - anyone remember them?

 

Claudia Brucken was well known for her Propaganda years.... but IMO, ACT was her masterpiece.

 

I recently managed to get hold of the triple CD box set of Laughter, Tears and Rage, their only album - and it's brilliant. A lost classic. A must for any fans of that massive ZTT sound.

 

Snobbery and Decay is an observation of Thatcher's Brtain in the 80s.... great stuff.
