I just wish Delta Goodrem would hurry up and cotton on to it. After he ditched his wife, pop star Kerry Katona, and hooked up with Goodrem, he was widely quoted as saying: "I have never been this happy in my whole life.'' Insulting comments like that must sting like a hard slap in the face to the mother of his two young children. Clearly their births didn't mean anything special to him. Meeting Goodrem did. Not content to leave it at that, he continues to shovel it out - now describing their wedding as a sham. The ex-Westlife star, whose career has gone nowhere since going solo, has shamelessly admitted he married for money. The cash, that is, for selling the photographs to Britain's Hello! magazine. He told Reveal magazine of his big day with Katona: "It wasn't a real wedding. We were getting married to have a big party and get loads of money for it - and to appear showbiz. "Me and Kerry didn't even see each other on our wedding night. "The day my marriage ended was on the stag night (when he cheated on Katona with a lap dancer). That was the time I felt, 'This is not supposed to be.' "At first I denied the lap dancer thing, but then I was taken to court for calling her a liar.'' If that doesn't show his true colours and warn Goodrem off, perhaps these comments about his own children might. "I was too young to understand what having kids meant. March 31, 200718 yr Author Have Your Say Latest Comments: I agree with Rebecca of Optional, all she says is true. Brianb is a lovely caring person, he loves his two little girls and he loves Deltra. His first solo album went straight to No ! in the UK and I am sure if he bought out another it would also reach the same. i am sorry his record label dumped him and only hope he gets another fast and proves them wrong. I am sure the majority of Westlife fans still love Brian to bits as do his mates in Westlife, so leave the guy alone and let him get on with his life and career. Brian does not "raise" his children. Maybe every odd weekend here and there.. but Kerry and his grandparents raise those poor little girls. Most of the time he's following Delta around the world or too busy with his "career". I my opinion both kerry and brian are bogans for talking about private things to the media. Niether have shown they have any class or respect for their children - all for the sake of public sympathy... and doesn't brian have a new single out soon?? Anita is on the right track, but I'd go one step further and point the finger at Delta. She seems to have this "innocent aussie princess" image which is total BS. She expoilts her private life and relationship to get press and headlines for her music. When does she do an interview thats just about the music?? Never! Ever since Delta hooked up with his guy, her career hasnt really done much in the last year, she is holed up over in the UK and wasting her time on this guy. He also has put a rift in her family. Brian's comments are tame compared to the behaviour of Kerry Katona, who is an absolutely dreadful mother. I don't particularly agree with Brian's comments, he should be credited for keeping relatively quiet over the past 2 years, while Kerry has milked the UK press for every penny by selling an outrageous story every week. Brian's looked after his children through all this. His ex-wife is a chav, like a bogan, and recognised as such. March 31, 200718 yr Author i agree with Ally. if he lied about his marriage and countless other things... plus the whole getting married for money and fame thing. i think he is after delta for her money and fame. what has his career done in the last year?? nothing! delta has been very active and is now famous in japan. he just follows her and leads her off her hard working path. im sorry but delta isnt going to be in the spot light her entire live, she will kick herself in years to come for wasting time in her prime. i hope she doesnt turn out like kerry and give brian a 'new dog'. this shows how childish he is. they better not marry or have kids. pitty delta always gets negative press. it always has a connection to brian. when has she ever had negative press? only since her and brian started dating!! i wish someone could give her that article
March 31, 200718 yr He was still very famous when he started to go out with delta and i wouldnt be surprised if he had alot more money than delta, seeing he was in westlife, and i presume they have sold alot more albums than her.
March 31, 200718 yr Who are they to tell Delta what to do!! I'm really annoyed at how everybody presumes and takes everything Brian says out of context!! Its almost like a witchhunt, nobody is gonna be satisfied until/if Delta dumps him!! I imagine she'd be quite devastated that people are willing for her heart to be broken just so everybody can be free of Brian!! I'm bloody sick of this whole situation ... March 31, 200718 yr To the first article, (which im not reading any of the other ones) it's true Delta didn't pick the most honest man, but as he said she changed him....I don't know what to think about the 2 anymore, it's up to Delta, it's not my place to pass judgement! March 31, 200718 yr Author true, true. but jack you do realise that the sales would have to be divided by 5. plus brian likes to gamble and spend a lot of money on cars. i think he may have blown what he had. im just sick of all the negative press. if delta is ok by getting put down by the media over brian, i guess its ok with me

April 8, 200718 yr I was at work today and saw the covor of a newspaper, (cant remember which one) and it was just saying that Brian was poor and westlife are making millions everyday day, thats pretty much all i got from the covor, sorry!
