So who's got it yet?

I do and like it, ive been going off r&b etc recently as i like electro-pop/rock more now but i love this album.

I think 'Give It To Me', 'Scream', 'Miscommunication', 'Release' etc.

Here's my quick review:

01 - Oh Timbaland - A fast, cool start to the album, the song is very average but catchy - 6/10

02 - Give It To Me ft Nelly & Justin - I love both Nelly & Justins music so its not a surprise i love this song, great song, doing well in the clubs - 9/10

03 - Release ft Justin - If anything i see this as a male version of Maneater, maybe its just me, i like it - 8/10

04 - Way I Are Ft Keri & D.O.E - Great electro r&b, i like the female singer a lot, this will do well in clubs - 8/10

05 - Bounce Ft Dr Dre, Missy Elliot & Justin - Way to chavvy for me but its catchy  - 4/10

06 - Come & Get Me ft 50 Cent & Tony Yayo - Same as above - 3/10

07 - Kill Yourself Ft Sebastian & Attitude - Same as above  - 3/10

08 - Boardmeeting ft Magoo - Same as aboive again, its quite catchy though  - 4/10

09 - Fantasy ft Money - Yay back to good songs, i love this, i could imagine Mariah singing this - 8/10

10 - Scream ft Keri & Nicole from PCD - Yay another good song, i love Nicole Scherzinger and that otherone so they really make this song great - 9/10

11 - Miscoummunication ft Keri & Sebastian - Catchy, club electro r&b, i love this song, that horse sounding stamping ruins it though - 8/10

12 - Bombay ft Amar & Kim Beanz - Good instrumental, better when Timbaland comes in - 6/10

13 - Throw It On Me ft The Hives - The chorus is great, its a bit of just ok though - 6/10

14 - Time ft She Wants Revenge - To chavy again, average - 4/10

15 - One & Only ft Fallout Boy - I like Fallout Boy, catchy, would be a good choice for a single - 7/10

16 - Apologise Ft One Republic - Great ballad, great singer who i never heard of before, really good song :D - 9/10

17 - 2 Man Show ft Elton John - The album finishes with this ok but not amazing song, good piano playing  - 6/10

Overall: A very good album with a few brilliant songs but also a few hideous ones

Rating: 6.5/10

Yes i've got it after someone gave me the link to it. ^_^

There are some really awful tracks on there. Scream is the next single I think () which is a good choice, but my favourite is the Fall Out Boy track which is really catchy. Worst track by far is the Elton John one for me.

Not sure whether to get this album or not ;) ;)

Have to hear a couple of the tracks before I buy it

Seems to be doing pretty well in the UK but it's obviously gonna fly to No.1 easily in the US!!!

It hasnt got that many great reviews. I think it might be terrible as Pharrell's album

Timbaland, Shock Value

By Andy Gill in the independent

Published: 06 April 2007

1 Star out of 5

There are reasons why great producers like Joe Meek, Phil Spector, Paul Rothchild and Norman Whitfield rarely made albums of their own, reasons illustrated perfectly by this latest offering from Tim "Timbaland" Mosley, which is almost as lacklustre as last year's album from Pharrell Williams, another studio hand. Fine when employed sparely in the service of a strong character, Timbaland's skittish bounce grooves grow wearisome en masse, while his characterless rap style necessitates the involvement of an array of guest stars whose A-list status (Missy, Fiddy, Nelly F, Justin, Dre and, in an absurd mismatch, an ivory-tinkling Elton) is no guarantee of quality or effort. Worst of all is a sequence of tracks featuring alliances with rock acts such as The Hives and Fallout Boy, which merely demonstrate Mosley's lack of rock'n'roll instinct. And in having to use the perfunctory services of stars more concerned with credit than craft, Timbaland condemns his album to a string of half-hearted inanities that show how completely mainstream black American pop has been emptied of significant content since the days of Power to the Motown People

Interesting to know he invited Céline Dion for the album, but she didn't accept the offer apparently.

Though instead, he will be doing something for her new English album..B)
