Barely just over 300 sales :o  but seriously I don't know
^^^ Oh my I was actually about to cry then, glad that's not true!

Let me do some estimating.

It made #62 the first week http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=33507 and the final sales information that was available is this. http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=33513

On the Wednesday of that week(sales prior to Wednesday) Lucie had sold 2,600 and had a early position inside Top50. By comparison Ray Quinn had sold 36,900 in the first two days.

The final tally for Ray was 127,000. So on a ratio bases Lucie's sales for that week would of been 2,600 *(127,000/36,900) which equals 8,948. I think because Lucie's album fell overall it's safe to say they the total for the first week was somewhat below that figure, perhaps 8,500.

The following week there is no sign of it. Not in the Top75.

The following week it showed early in the week within the Top150 with sales of 300 on the Monday. So I think the previous week maybe sales of 3K and for last week 2K at most.

So my total estimate of sales through UK official outlets to date would be 8,500+3,000+2,000 = 13,500

In answer to the second part of the question jark101, It's very likely it's Top200(as it was Top150 earlier in the week) although exactly where it finished up I don't know right now.

It was at 96 last week. No idea how far it's plunged today.

Last week the total was around 7,900

Thanks Dave.

Was the 7,900 figure after two weeks or after the first?

After 2 weeks.

I think your 8,500 is a bit high for Number 60, even on Mother's Day week.

You can't base other albums on Ray Quinn, as he was selling much faster than the albums market in general that week.

i would guess between 6k and 8k judging on the chart positions and the general sales them weeks although the album deserves so much more
The only thing I heard was after the first week sales we're at 8,000...

Awww it's done awfully. :( I hope she's having success across the continent, or I fear for her future.
^^^ Yes she is actually the best thing since sliced bread on the continent! :D
Love Holland. Lucie sold over 5 times what the album sold here in a week, in a day there! :o

ah, confusion from two people who would have a good idea.

I'm now estimating this.

7,900+2,500+1,500 = 11,900

Shame really...Breathe In was an excellent debut album but The Same Side lacks something that Breathe in had :-(

There are no songs on there that scream hit single

There are! 'Something About You', 'The Same Side', 'Passionate You'! Only those 3 though. Ive yet to warm to the album quite as much as Breathe In.
