James Burton will do an eight show tour of the UK with singer/songwriter Billy Swan, who is best known for his song 'I Can Help', which James recorded with Elvis Presley in 1975.

13 May: Manchester Uni - Academy 3

14 May: Belfast, at the 'Empire Music Hall'

15 May: Dublin, at the 'Vicar St'

Just a follow on from that post and a personal thought.

 

My comments aren't aimed at James Burton at all, but I find this happens such a lot that so many tours from a lot of artists seem to miss out Birmingham :( After all, Birmingham is England's 2nd city and not Manchester :angry: We have loads of different venues, both in the city centre and in the surrounding area, so I can't understand why we're often left out :blink: Sorry, just had to get that off my chest B)
