JoJo tried doing that with How To Touch A Girl and it failed. she was out here promoting TLTL and doing nothing in America and thats why it failed. i think the single will probably come out a few weeks after it has reached its peak in america. CANT WAIT FOR THE RADIO RIP NEXT WEEK It still would of flopped, even if she did the most promo ever!
