Oh dear, if you think us Robbie fans are going to go down to the childish and pathetic level of youself then you will be waiting quite sometime. The truth truely is coming out now is'nt it. The jealousy is remarkable. I am simply gobsmacked at how deluded you are getting.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for Robbie Williams getting his act together and then he'll be as big as Gary Barlow. And if Take That can help him when he's down, then all the better!

who's down  ?

Robbie. He's just come out of rehab! But he has something very special to look forward to (according to his mum). :yahoo:

This is simply too funny to be true  Cheers though for giving me such a laugh, you are one sarcastic individual. I’ll give you that much  And to think at the start I thought you were just an immature child shirring $h!t, but now you seem like you’d make a wonderful stand up comedian. :yahoo:

But you seem to be a wee bit behind with the times, Robbie came out of rehab ages ago now. His mum Jan, did’nt rush off to do an interview with the Mirror (like they claimed), she works very closely with Stoke’s Sentinal newspaper and they asked her, and she he would do something with them someday, just like the rest of the lads have said endlessly as well. But you know the press, they are known to misquote people, so who knows if anyone actually said anything at all.

And and I love the way you put a :yahoo: smiley at the end of each post. Quite amusing indeed.

I am as it happens a budding stand up comedian and a stage performer (not professionally). Thanks for your kind compliments ans your well wishes! :yahoo:

I now give you the new take up line up:

That's Robbie in the middle!

Bless. If anyone is using anyone for publicity it is clearly TT, by mentioning Rob in interviews endlessly, especially outside the UK. He hasn't so much as given a single interview in way back last year, yet he gets blamed on everything. So amusing. You seem to be only cynicle when it comes to one person, quite worrying, but pretty typicle and predictable at the same time.

Machop the reason TT mention Mr Williams is, without fail, every s*dding interviewer asks them about him. They have never brought him up in conversation voluntarily - and I have seen most of the interviews. TT look positively bored by being asked about him - but what would you have them say? When it comes to the press - nothing Take That do or say is right. They're damned if they do mention him and damned if they don't - take the press mauling they got after not mentioning him at the Brits.

I don't think Mr W's career is on the slide - he's too clever to let this little blip get in his way of world dominance - his ego and his next swing album will see him through. Good on him.

But I like Take That better - its just a matter of preference!

I think that's what is causing this controversy, it's all a matter of people's opinion and preference :(

Yep, but why are so Robbie fans so over-sensitive? Say a bad word about Robbie and they jump down your throat.

oh thats such a generalisation -_-

Sorry I meant so many Robbie fans. Not all fans. Slip of the keyboard!

I think what it is bond bug is that some of us are Robbie Williams fans from his solo career rather than becoming a fan through Take That and carrying it over.

Of course I knew of Take That and Robbie in it. But nothing took off for me until Robbie was out there on his own. I suppose we are sensitive about the press dismissing these last 10 yrs as if he wasn't the UK biggest selling album artist of all time.

How can the press or anyone say that he needs Take That when he has more than proved he doesn't is beyond me.

That doesn't mean I don't like Take That, they are a very good group, but Robbie means more to me as a solo star. Although I would enjoy seeing Robbie join them for a one off appearance.

But never mind, just think what this debate is doing to your views on this forum.

Yes I agree entirely with what you say, but even Robbie William's career could nosedive (I mean permanantly). Nobody is invincible. If the Take That boys are willing to be a crutch (no not crotch) to Robbie after him being down and out in Beverly Hills then everyone's a winner.

I see Robbie as a tragic figure, who despite his immense talent, success and wealth cannot find happiness, because he can never satisfy his ego. That's not meant as a criticism, just a comment. It used to be said that Gary Barlow was the one who took himself too seriously, but I think it is Robbie. He has had so much success, he's really got nothing left to prove.

Not really :P I think that they are just being true fans and are supporting Robbie, in which ever way they can. It is slightly generalisation :(

Exactly Bond bug, your last sentence is just what I am trying to say, so why is there all this rubbish that he needs Take That, he doesn't, but thats not to say he won't get together with them again, I am sure he will when he feels its right.

I can also except what you do say about him too, he has terrific drive to prove people wrong, he never stops working because he gets bored so quickly, but that is was makes he who he is, and I too think he can never be truly happy. Its a shame.
