Kelly Clarkson if we speak as a whole.

 

As many Brits dont know Carrie Underwood, Fantasia Barrino, Taylor Hicks or even Ruben Stoddard I think it would Be Kelly.

 

I really like Carrie & also Katharine McPhee(who I know, didnt win SADLY :( )....I think if Katharine does things over here she could become new favourite person from American Idol.

 

Only people with the internet will know about the others apart from Kelly, because once american Idol is finished we never hear about them again here, which is very sad!

 

P.S. When Is Leona going on American Idol, Ive waited ages. I heard it was the first 2 premiere ep's but she wasnt on it? Then I heard the Semi's.....Clive Davis? week

I know she didn't win but her album is just phenomenal...she would be an absolute HIT in the UK.

Her album is gr8. Every song is amazing. I really liked Open Toes at first but now I think Im into Not Ur Girl.

It is rumoured that she will release in the UK! I think they are waiting to see how well the second single does in the US though.

Fav runners-up are Diana DeGarmo and Katharine McPhee.

I love Kelly, and it's a no-brainer to say that she's the UK's fave American Idol ... but Carrie just edges above her for me ... her debut album is a lot better than Kelly's (whether she'll be able to match of beat Breakaway remains to be seen, though), but if she keeps up what she's doing, I'll be pleased!!
