I just found this: Sophie Muller is directing the video and someone said that the track is called something like "Under My Skin"

 

Sophie Muller is a legend! Previously she worked with Garbage for the videos of "When I Grow Up (Live version)", "The Trick Is to Keep Breathing", "When I Grow Up (US version)", "Why Do You Love Me", "Bleed Like Me", "Sex Is Not the Enemy" and "Run Baby Run"

It won't be. that's two months prior to the album, the single will be out a week or two before it.
