Setlist ; No Mans Land Every Time I See You Smile Ain't That A Lot Of Love After You Shoulda Woulda Coulda (Philly Mix) The Queen Of Starting Over Saviour Rock Steady Time Is On My Side Black Butta Encore Gold Piece Of My Heart Come As You Are Review quote's ; "Anybody heard of Aretha Franklin?" asked Beverley Knight mid-way through her comeback show. "She could sing her arse off - but tonight I'm going to do it!" As it turned out, that was a pretty accurate description of her 60-minute set. I think this is gonna be her best album yet, ALL the tracks she performed tonight were stunning, such big The new songs are phenomenal. Totally surpassed my expectations!I have been a Beverley fan for a few years now and her live performances just get better and better. The new songs were warmly received and I cannot wait for the album. Facts ;Filming was taking place during the show, signs around the venue stated, 'please be advised that tonight there will be a promotional/commercial video and audio recording of the above artist.'Beverley nearly didn't make it into the venue, the doormen didn't recognise her and refused to let her at first. The venue was virtually sold out with only under 20 spare seats left. April 12, 200718 yr Author Yeah, was too far away for me too. I imagine she will tour in November - just like last year.
April 12, 200718 yr Thanks for posting this. Can't wait for the album release  and the single is amazing! listen again ^_^
April 13, 200718 yr I was in London last night, but was busy so couldn't make it :( gutted! Heard it was amazing though, can't wait for her to tour!
April 13, 200718 yr Argh, I didn't know about this. I'm on her mailing list, but I get so many rubbish emails I must have missed this one. I love Bev and agree about Affirmation being an amazing album. I'm not sure if she'll top that for me, musically, but I think this album could do very well commercially. She has become much more mainstream over the last couple of years.
April 13, 200718 yr But Come As You Are was a MUCH more commercial lead single that No Mans Land, so im not really sure that this will be the album to take Bev platinum...
April 13, 200718 yr Author But the other singles off it - Black Butta, Queen Of Starting over - seem like they could do the trick commericaly and sell the album.
April 13, 200718 yr I really like the sound of Aint That Alot Of Love  when or if it still is on her myspace it sounded great
April 13, 200718 yr Im not gonna listen to any of them till I get the album! Im v excited for next month, Bev and Bextor!
April 13, 200718 yr I was there! I'm sure one of those quotes is mine! The new songs are just... wow!
