May 4, 200718 yr I love it, it's so soulful. I've never really been keen on 'Get Up' but I've loved all her other singles.
May 4, 200718 yr Author No im not keen on Get Up either  what on earth made them release that before Shoulda Woulda Coulda i dnt know
November 12, 200816 yr You might have scared them off, or maybe they'll come back once new Bev material arrives I voted for Shoulda Woulda Coulda
November 13, 200816 yr All the Bev fans have disappeared from here. :( I'm excited for the new material and, we might resemble an actual forum, rather than 2 or 3 fans chatting. I voted 'Gold' on this even though the single version is a bit dire. Apart from 'Flavour Of The Old School', 'Get Up!', 'Piece Of My Heart' and 'Keep This Fire Burning' I pretty much like them all equally. I just can't see covers as proper Bev songs and the first two just aren't as good as the rest.
November 13, 200816 yr I was so dissapointed when i learned Keep This Fire Burning was a cover :( Bev's version is better than Robyn's though
November 13, 200816 yr I think it's slightly better too, but they're both quite similar and both good. I just can't bring myself to like covers unless I hate the original that much. e.g. Beverley's version of Coldplay's 'Trouble' and Leona's version of 'Run' by Snow Patrol. November 13, 200816 yr Agreed. I actually think Snow Patrol and Coldplay have good songs, but only when performed by someone not boring.
November 13, 200816 yr I quite like Chasing Cars and Viva La Vida by them. Other than that, they are rather sleepy.
November 14, 200816 yr I remember so much fuss being made over the Crazy Frog beating that to #1
November 15, 200816 yr Speed Of Sound is alright by Coldplay standards I guess. Beverley should sing their songs more often, I might appreciate them more. :P
November 16, 200816 yr I did at the time, I was like HAHA they got beat by a frog. They were so disappointed.
