It looks like a feud may be brewing between R&B singers Rihanna and Ciara. MediaTalkeOut.com spoke with a person close to Ciara who claims the two women can't stand each other.

 

According to our insider, the bad blood started at Clive Davis' Grammy party a few months ago. At the party, Rihanna supposedly got a little too close with Bow Wow, Ciara's ex. Tells our insider, "The whole thing is really silly, because Ciara didn't even want [bow Wow] at that time. She's just angry 'cause she just thinks Rihanna was being disrespectful."

 

But our insider suspects that the feud may be more about jealousy than anything else. You see, despite selling more than twice as many records as Rihanna, Ciara can't seem to garner as much public attention. The insider tells MediaTakeOut.com, "Rihanna's music isn't all that popular, but yet she's gotten tons of endorsements. And the paparazzi flock to her like she's Britney Spears ... I'm not sure the paparazzi even know who Ciara is."

 

And last week, the insider claims that Ciara gave her dancers an ultimatum when it comes to Rihanna. When the Bajan beauty's song Umbrella was played during a dance rehearsal, Ciara nearly lost it. Tells our insider, "Ciara spazzed out ... She stopped the session and told everyone that the next time someone played a song by 'that no-talent girl', they'd be fired."

 

Ciara for me,no doubt much better artist.

I can't choose, I love them both :cry:

Rihanna. I like them both but I have really liked all of Rihanna's singles. Ciara, I love Oh and Like A Boy and Goodies to some extent, but not too keen on her other singles.

Rihanna although Ciara's quite kool although a bit petty if thats true..... -_-

Rihanna is one of my most hated artists of all time.

 

Foul music, her singles werent even good. Unfaithful :puke2: One of the worst song ever. She cant sing, and releases an album literally every 9 Months.

 

SOS and Umbrella are good.

Rihanna has two good songs, Ciara has none.

I like them both, but for between the two, Rihanna wins hands down.

Rihanna- I only liked Ciara's first 2 singles and even then I got bored of them quickly.

I prefer Rihanna by a long way, Ciara's only ever had one song I've liked.

Overall, I prefer Ciara as she's released 2 firin' hot albums but I disagree that Rihanna's music isn't popular as to me, it seems, that in the UK at least, Rihanna is more popular and well known than Ciara even hough has had a No.1 single!

I like both of them, i don't believe this story tbh and i bet rihanna has sold more than ciara arouns europe, just not in america -_-

Ciara for me, I hated Unfaithful which put me right off Rihanna, So far though Im not really liking Ciara's Evolution album. Rihanna's umbrella song is really good though so hopefully that makes me like her more when the video hits!

& I Liked Rihanna's S.O.S & If its lovin that You Want..... 4 against 2 :S So Ciara it is!

Ciara for sure, because every song barr is decent whereas greasy Rihanna's only decent song is Winning Women, and she doesnt sing much on that! ;)

Rihanna didnt sell that much in Europe her first album only sold 500k in USA so im doubtful if it would have even sold 500k in Europe and rest of the world,Ciaras first did 2.6 million in US alone and probarly about 3.2 million worldwide(She sold around 170k in Uk).As for the second album Rihanna sold around 1.2 million in America and proabrly another 1.8 million worldwide so i think probarly around 3 million worldwide(thats just my guess) and so far Ciara has sold 1.2 million in US alone,and hasnt been out that long yet so i think she will sell around 2 million in America by the end,and maybe 500k worldwide so make that

Ciara-5.7 million worldwide albums

Rihanna-4 million

 

As for singles well Ciara's had 3 top 5 in Uk (4 top 10s-Lose control),Rihanna had 3 top 5's(3 top 10's)

Ciara has been credited on a further 2 top 20's and so has Rihanna.

However,Ciara has only realeased 1 single from her 2nd album in comparison to Rihanna who has released 2 in Uk.
