So close! Ciara seems more involved in her music than Rihanna but i love their songs too much! Rihanna should have had at least 2 #1's! I picked Ciara because i assumed she'd be behind but i'm really not sure!

Overrall Rihanna's been more consistent, both have only released only one bad single imo (Oh! & We Ride)

I love both of them, both of them released pretty crappy debut's but both had strong sophomore albums... however the stronger of the 2 albums is 100% DEFINITELY The Evolution. Therefore, Ciara for me. :D
