April 27, 200718 yr preferably singles or better known album tracks, (like stairway to heaven) so we have some idea of them! I was kinda meaning whole albums... April 27, 200718 yr Author I was kinda meaning whole albums... As in for '73 - "Dark Side of the Moon", for '67 "Velvet Underground and Nico", for '84 "The Queen Is Dead", for '77 "Never Mind The Bollocks", etc..... nope... on this thread the idea was for singles/ or single tracks.. singles are far better known with so far every contributer being able to make an informed post from the early 60's, even before they were born... you couldnt do that for albums. however if you wanted to start a thread for albums then please be my guest! :)

May 1, 200718 yr Author i know tigerboy, but singles are more often heard by the majority and as traffic in here isnt that great then concentrating more on tracks that people have heard will do more good. albums might bo ok for the 80's onward but there was 30 years of groundbreaking music making before that, its justr that theres not many here who know much albums before about 1980 ish... so again the popular ones would be mentioned.
