I'm with Wanadoo, and when I logged on just now I got this - nice one:-

Will Young's top tracks

On this week’s music show Orange Playlist, Jayne Middlemiss is joined by Britain’s most successful reality show winner - Will Young.

The nation voted in their millions to see Will win the first ever Pop Idol back in 2002 - and four years later, his predicted 15 minutes of fame shows no sign of being over. With two Brit awards, four number one singles, two number one albums and a film role to boot, it’s clear that Mr Young is here to stay.

Known for his honest, intelligent and heartfelt interviews, Will talks openly to Jayne about the fame game, meeting Queen – and battling Robbie Williams for the honour of being Britain’s most successful solo artist. And here are the five favourite songs he chose for his Orange Playlist:

Past track Blame it on the Sun - Stevie Wonder

"I chose this song because when I first listened to Stevie, I felt everything in my life just seemed to click into place. He’s one of those artists that you feel has been placed here by the gods, he’s sensational, he was a child prodigy and in my opinion, this is one of the most beautiful songs he’s done.â€Â

Present track King of the Mountain - Kate Bush

“This was my favourite album of last year and still is. It’s so well produced and is so sexy. Kate Bush is an enigma, she doesn’t do any kind of promotion and is simply amazing.â€Â

Future track I Wish I was a Punk Rocker - Sandy Tom

“I can unequivocally say that Sandy Tom will be successful. She bought a £60 webcam and ended up broadcasting gigs from her website. One evening she got 162,000 hits - and landed a major label deal as a result! People love a story as well as a talent.â€Â

Dedication track Taxman - The Beatles

“This song reminds me of my childhood and my parents. We used to listen to it in the car all the time. It was very Swiss Family Robinson of us!â€Â

All-time favourite track Love and Affection - Joan Armatrading

“This is a perfect pop song. It builds up and never goes back. It’s like The Verve’s Bitter Sweet Symphony, just one of those songs that I always go back to. It’s like an old friend. I’d love to work with her. I think I dribbled when I met her, I was so awestruck.â€Â

Still smiling from last night after watching the Orange Playlist. :D What a wonderful interview with Will being so relaxed & open. There's certainly no love lost between him & Cowell. :P Just wish this had been aired earlier to a wider audience.

Great TV - he and Jayne were on the same wavelength.Shame it's on when most folks are in bed but apparently it's up for the "Prestigious Rose d'Or Award. The Rose d'Or celebrates the best entertainment and television programming and Orang Playlist is proud to be nominated in the music category"

Sounds like a good show to be on William

Couldn't agree more suggy. Those new presenters have no personality & are trying in vain to copy the style of Simon & Miquita.

Thank goodness this made up for everything.
