June 20, 200718 yr Yeah but that was of the time when people were selling 15million albums... it was the era of 30million worldwide, Shania Twain, Garth Brooks, Britney Spears etc. They struggle for 3million in the USA each year at the moment, Carrie Underwood did it recently, but it was a rare occassion.
June 20, 200718 yr My favourite songs from her are: 1.In My Pocket 2.Candy 3.I Wanna Be With You 4.Crush 5.Extrordinary
June 20, 200718 yr mine are... Crush Cry Extraordinary Wanna Be With You Candy So Real Have A Little Faith In Me
June 20, 200718 yr Mine are: Have A Little Faith In Me Candy In My Pocket I Wanna Be With You Not Too Young Only Hope So Real Cry Crush Some prediction sites can be way off too so hopefully Mandy can sell a bit more with this album than expected. At least she's doing well on iTunes! :D I'm pretty sure her third self-titled album also was certified Gold in the U.S. ^_^ Hopefully Mandy decides to release another single off of the album though. Her last studio album was Coverage and she really only released one main single off of it. June 20, 200718 yr Yeah the Mandy Moore album got gold, and so did Coverage I think, but neither of her compilation album [The Best Of & Candy] got certified, or barely dented the charts to be honest... I hope she can do well, but we'll see, she has potential, her songs are good, Im just not sure if they are right for America or not? Nothing That You Are and Slummin' In Paradise seem like the obvious choices for future singles to me, but I suspected All Good Things will replace Slummin' In Paradise, and push Nothing That You Are back to a possible 3rd single. Either way she is going on tour apparently, according to her MSN concert.
June 20, 200718 yr i read somewhere that "All Good Things" was going to be the second single....cant remember where now ;)
June 21, 200718 yr I don't care for All Good Things..why do they always release the singles I don't care for.. I really think they need to release Gardenia as a single, I could see that doing well.. I saw Mandy in concert before she was popular. She was really good. I love her songs Candy, In My Pocket, and Have A Little Faith In Me. :) I have all of her other albums and am a fan, so truthfully, I should get Wild Hope sometime..maybe it will grow on me.
June 21, 200718 yr I have So Real, I Wanna Be With You, The Best Of, and now Wild Hope. I think they're all really good Mandy albums. :)
June 21, 200718 yr She is on The Firm Music's new record label. The Firm is originally a big management company but they started a record label and Mandy was one of the first artists signed to it. Edited June 21, 200718 yr by Music Maniac
June 21, 200718 yr It would be stupid for her to quit after just one single, she has cultivated a new image for herself and she needs to establish her new style, and I could see her being very succesful.
June 21, 200718 yr If she promoted more even after the album was released I believe the album could really stick around longer and not just continually drop.
June 21, 200718 yr She is on The Firm Music's new record label. The Firm is originally a big management company but they started a record label and Mandy was one of the first artists signed to it. hopefully they wont drop her.....im hoping the album gets a suprise boost of sales during the week but im not holding up much hope
June 21, 200718 yr u0AXvLZjn5Y&NR=1 Mandy Moore - Slummin In Paradise live in concert  she is amazing live!!! she has so much fun and she rocked it!!
June 27, 200718 yr Mandy lands at #30 this week on the Billboard 200 with sales of 25,000. I can't say I was expecting a whole lot more from the album but I was hoping for at least 30,000 sales. :(
