Nada asked me to create a topic about my top 40 Placebo's songs :) Sorry but I'll list them from the first song to the 40th. Such an order as, firstly, it will be much easier for me and, secondly, I really don't know which song I should give #40.

So

1. Without You I'm Nothing

WYIN is not only my fav song but also is my favorite album and the first album I heard and bought :D

And here is the best performance of it - Gurten, 04

2. Lady Of The Flowers

I like the way Brian sang it at Viva Zwei (Overdrive), a live studio concert, in 1999. But I cannot find this video on youtube. I have this concert on a video cassete so I can't upload it too

3. Protege Moi

And my fav performance again http://i103.photobucket.com/albums/m149/catqw19/Smileys/tongue.gif - Hit Machine. Very expressive

5. Special K (acoustic)

6. Peeping Tom

Another surprise. Miss Moneypenny that high. But, I love it also. :D

I'm definitely not a fan of Bruise Pristine video... :(

Centerfolds can be very good live. And I also love Pierrot The Clown.

'Bruise Pristine' video is cooool, the song is my second favourite of Placebo, a pure masterpiece.

Not really a fan of 'Centerfolds', 'Pierrot The Clown' is beautiful and haunting though.

Centrefolds is one of my fav.

As about 'Bruise Pristine', I like the song, even in demo version. What about the video? I find the idea quite interesting, but i can't say thats one of my fav

And 'Pierrot The Clown', firstly I didn't pay much attention to it, but that i really liked it, esp in demo

Many surprises in here! :o  I heard about this song, but I'm not sure I have it or heard it...

So, it's better for me to not watch the video also?

Wooooooow! Brian's solo at 4:00 is amaaaaaaazing!!

:D and I like the fact that you've got Lady of the flowers at place 2!!

I find it's a great song  Marina, don't watch the video as Steffie and Bri are in dresses :puke2: http://i103.photobucket.com/albums/m149/catqw19/Smileys/192.gif

Too late, dear. :naughty: I've downloaded this one a few month ago.

I must say, I like the sonng very-very much, very powerful and emotional. But clothes... Simply it seems they or person who made them to wear it don't have any taste :puke2:

12. Leni (with extended lyrics)

Cross my heat and hope to die http://i103.photobucket.com/albums/m149/catqw19/Smileys/weep.gif

^And the way Brian looks at his dear... that is at Steffie  And sometimes Steffie looks at Bri too http://i103.photobucket.com/albums/m149/catqw19/Smileys/shifty.gif

^ I prefer "Cross My Heart And Hope To Die" version to the original variant of this song http://i103.photobucket.com/albums/m149/catqw19/Smileys/sm75.gif

13. Holocaust

I don't often listen to it as this song is very sad http://i103.photobucket.com/albums/m149/catqw19/Smileys/weep.gif but I consider it one of the best Placebo works cause it's so unbelievably strong

14. Slave To The Wage

I don't like the album version of it but the live one is great :yahoo:

Holocaust is sad and unusual song, but I'm more for rocky ones. So, I'm very pleased with place of Slave To The Wage, it's great! :yahoo:
