Posted May 3, 200718 yr It's actually inside the magazine inside OK! mag lol It's a good review so thought I'd type it up! Natural Talent Persevere and this second album hits all the right notes NATASHA BEDINGFIELD - NB Who? Socially-conscious pop princess who, when she isn't conquering the US or singing about having blokes' babies, can be heard banging on about fair trade or other charitable malarkey. Watch it, Ange Jolie! How's it sound? This second album is laden with quirky pop gems. It's not quite as instant as her first disc, but persevere and the rewards will be worth it. Brassey opener 'How Do You Do?' has an addictive whistley bit, 'Tricky Angel' sees her funk things up, while 'Who Knows' has whiffs of Amy Winehouse about it. Then Tash turns down the temp on Adam Levine duet 'Say It Again', before being bitten by the love bug on 'When You Know You Know' - a Motown affair. But she isn't afraid to get a bit dark, either - on 'Pirate Bones' she comments on the pitfalls of fame, asking: "What's te point in it? Where's the benefit when I'm gaining all but I'm losing it?" Rest assured, love - you haven't lost it just yet... Verdict: Still got it. Skip to: Pirate Bones 4/5 stars :) Enjoy!
