The sentence was ridiculously lenient in the first place, and if she had any sense, she'd have just put her head down and done her time, but instead she's made herself even more pathetic by her behaviour.

She made a complete mockery out of the whole legal system for god sake. She turned the entire thing into some sort of soap opera, by playing the drama queen, refusing to leave her bloody house when she was called to court, taking over a hour to leave. She is nothing more than a spoilt rich kid, who simply needs a kick up the arse, and that's exactly what this judge has done. She broke the law, and instead of just serving her time like she should've, she made a big drama out of it, constantly crying, saying she was ill, basically doing anything and everything she could to get out... and what's happened? She now has to serve the original 45 days sentence and it serves it right. She would've got half that if she had've just stuck with it in the first place, and tbh I would'nt be at all suprised if the reason she was allowed to leave after 3 days was due to her daddy paying a large amount of money. <_< But the sad reality is, this ain't gonna damage her career in anyway, not that she actually does anything in particular. She's just famous for being famous, and this is just going to make her even bigger. Apperently shes already signed loads of deals to reveal all when she comes out of prison. :rolleyes:

Apperently, no one actually knows the truth! everyone just believes what they read. Yes she tried to get out of it, but so would I if I could! I know people who have done the same offence and nothing happened to them, so I don't know why people are saying her punishment ain't good enough. Better than nothing isn't it!? Yes, I don't like her and I think she deserves it all, but I just think people don't know the full truth but believe all this stuff that is made up, so more for them!

They gave her a soft punishment and basically let her get away with it, its rather pathetic! But, they chose to do that.
