Seriously, as Teresa herself said, it ISNT necessary to ask her to run the banner comp, its purely optional, and since Bev and Spice banners were still waiting in line, it wouldve been a hell of a wait! Johnny, can you just open a poll to vote between the two submitted banners?

But Jack it IS compulsory, other forums have had their threads closed because they're MEANT to wait for Teresa. You're supposed to ask one of the creative people to make you a temporary one until TERESA can run the competition, not run the competition all on your own. ;) Also, I have explained it to Johnny and he seems fine with it, since it is actually his forum don't you think if he had a problem he would have complained to me already? I suggest you let sleeping dogs lie, use the banner Russ made for you and wait for Teresa like the rest of the moderators.
