Posted May 10, 200718 yr Fatal Explosion Near Britney Hotel INF Daily reports One person has been killed and another injured in an explosion in the parking lot of the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas - next door to where Britney Spears performed last night. Cops are saying that the explosion came from a backpack. The dead man had removed the pack from the roof of his car when it went off shortly after 4am. The second person was taken to a local area hospital. Britney performed at the House of Blues in the Mandalay Bay hotel just before the blast. The Luxor is adjacent to the Mandalay Bay on the Vegas Strip. It is not thought that Britney stayed at the Mandalay last night. Source: britneyspears.org
