Posted May 11, 200718 yr It's that time of the week again..where does the time go? Here's a cover for you to rate. ;) Rating scale: 1=poor 2=eh 3=average 4=very good 5=excellent http://discography.enya.com/images/singles/02_06c.jpg
May 11, 200718 yr The time indeed goes very quickly between you posting these. :o I gave it three, I think it seems a bit cluttered tbh, and the colouring's a bit weird.
May 12, 200718 yr I gave it a 4, since I really like it, though it's not one of my very very faves. I love the SM pictures. David is right, it's a little cluttered, but I still do like it. B)
May 15, 200718 yr I gave it a 4, since I really like it, though it's not one of my very very faves. I love the SM pictures. David is right, it's a little cluttered, but I still do like it. B) I'm glad you agree. :D It just looks pretty messy to me. :(
May 16, 200718 yr I think it's all the vines. Also, the blanket or whatyoumaycallit she's wearing.
May 17, 200718 yr I think it's pretty too, and she does look beautiful, but it's still a little crowded. ^_^
May 18, 200718 yr Author I was wondering..do you two think the SM cover is crowded? It's in a similar fashion. Maybe that's why I love this cover so much.
May 18, 200718 yr I don't. ^_^ I think the blueness of the Shepherd Moons cover keeps it from looking overcrowded, but the brown sort of colour on this doesn't help it imo. :(
May 19, 200718 yr Author ^Interesting observation..I think she has that intense look that I love.
June 13, 200718 yr I can't help but give this one a solid 5. Out of all the covers, this one especially as well as the one from 'The Celts' are what I have found most folks I converse with think of when you mention Enya. It has a somewhat surreal and mystical quality to it, although I have never really considered those being traits of her. Just what folks assume it seems... As far as clutter? Well..., not really. I'm of the opinion that they were trying to convey a natural feel to it all, and what a better setting than in an old-style freeform garden? A very nice photo, and the expanded metallic finish version found on the 'HCIKFS' 12" single is a knock-out! If I were ever to frame one, that would be it. Very imaginative and appealing to the discerning eye. Then again, hey, that's just me. :coffee: Regards, Astro B)

B) I love shiny and sparkly things. Just call me Grace the raven.
July 10, 200717 yr Gave this one a 4/5, even though I have this, with Enya's signature on it....does seem a bit bland in the color department...
