I agree with most of it, she said in an interview that she hadn't even heard of Westlife, but she heard they were big in the UK and to help gain more popularity over here she did the duet, the Westlife version of Against All Odds was hated in America, so she released the song without Westlife on it.

Yes it is, because she is SMART, she knew it would sell, and it did, so I don't think Mariah cares too much about what people think of her because of it, she made money off it, so why should she care? :rolleyes:
