They probably made it a skirt because they didnt want the children to see her in a really high skirt? Or maybe she is just trying to present a more classy image? She looks awesome with blonde hair though.

It would annoy me too, it kinda destroys what the album is about, however if Christina wants to sell units in their countries, she has to play by their rules. ;)
