I find it incredibly odd that people still think that Balkan bloc votes can be political when such a horrendous war happened between them all only 11 years ago  Such a point only highlights that it is down to the fact that they all share a similar culture and send songs representative of that culture ^_^
anyway here's when the ESC propobbly gonna be held:

Beogradska Arena (Belgrade Arena) the Biggest Arena in Europe (well i read that on some other forum) ;) can take more than 20.000 people for concert shows I think !!!

see you all there :D

Yes! :yahoo:

It will be interesting to finally see the Eurovision back in the Balkans though for the first time in ages. :D
Personally i think they'll pull out from hosting it, usually the show is paid for by the main TV station in that area and apparently it would have cost Ireland's RTE half of their annual budget so they chose not to and that's with the help of the BBC and others. So maybe we'll see it in Ukraine or somewhere?
Nah I reckon it will be in Serbia. It means so much to them to be hosting it. Montenegro can help out if they get short of cash anyway. :P

What are you talking about Bruno? You think Serbia can't host Eurovision? Come on, do you actually know something about events Serbia hosted in the past?

We organized a lot of spots competitions and all events went really well.

More pictures of Belgrade Arena: ^_^

Not a bad arena. ^_^ Looks similar to the Ukrainian one I think. :funky: Or it could have been the Greek one. Well it looks like one of them anyway.

Is this enough for you? That's just a little part of things we organized. -_-

They have to still give an extra amount tho don't they? remember when the uk had to host it for ireland because they couldn't afford it?

Erm... when did the UK ever have to host it for Ireland because they couldn't afford it? Ireland hosted the contest after each of it's victories.

The United Kingdom have never hosted when Ireland have declined, however, the BBC did organise it in 1960 when the Netherlands decided not to host, 1963 when France declined, 1972 when Monaco couldn't afford it and 1974 when Luxembourg couldn't afford it. The Netherlands hosted in 1980 when Israel decided not to host the competition after winning it, due to expense and the date of the Contest being on Israel's Rememberance Day - several other broadcasters had also declined this year, including the BBC again.
