May 16, 200719 yr But this is what I just can't understand. And it's not just Natasha & Sophie but other artists too, who seem to rely on a second single selling the album. I can't understand why. Surely, after a long break and off the back of the PR machine in overdrive, that's the best time to hit the public and fans, with the very best radio friendly single on the album, first impressions are lasting impressions and all that guff. Of course, they need a great follow up too, but then if the album's good, that shouldn't be a problem. Well Natasha's hasnt flopped though, thats thing...2 weeks top 20, including a top 10 debut, would be seen as really good for so many artists, its just that 2nd-time-round success is rarely the same, yet people are comparing the success of NB with Unwritten, when it cant be expected to do as well. On top of that, a lot of people, on here included, see Babies as a poor single choice.
