Posted May 20, 200718 yr so on the sunday express' sandie shaw the writing credits feature Moz & Marr as well as Lloyd Cole, so was Sandie Shaw reinvented as an indie kid at some point??? did she do loads of albums with loads more of this type of stuff? sandie covering billy bragg or kirsty MacColl perhaps???
May 20, 200718 yr She was backed by The Smiths on her version of Hand In Glove. She then covered Patti Smith (Fredrick) and Lloyd Cole (Are You Ready To Be Heartbroken). The Hello Angel album was total indie chic. She even covers The Jesus and Mary Chain :lol:
