Posted May 22, 200718 yr Has the CD single for The River been cancelled in the UK? I pre-ordered the item via Amazon UK and it was supposed to be released on May 21st. However I just checked my account and it says that delivery has been delayed until January 2010! (probably a system error or sthg) :wacko: :lol: I checked hmv.co.uk as well and it says the title has been deleted and is therefore unavailable. On itunes UK they have the single available for download coupled with an acoustic version which is quite boring. I was hoping for a physical release with the B-side You're Gone and the version of the River featuring Joel (without M Shadows And Synster Gates). So has the physical release been cancelled?
May 22, 200718 yr Author Thanks for stressing on "indeed" with capital letters. ;) Its weird cos Amazon still has it listed as a pre-order. It could be an import though. I guess I'll just have to wait and see if I ever get the chance to put my hands on this single. :(
