Staff at a London club claim that Tina and her friends reacted badly after being asked to donate the money. They had hoped to attend a showcase by R&B singer, Houston. However, Tina told The Mirror, "I wasn't invited to the event, so I didn't know what it was for. The girl on the door chucked the word 'tsunami' at us and, to be honest, my friends didn't believe her. "We had no cash on us so my mate ran to the bank to get some out so we could pay, but the woman on the door told us to wait outside. She was incredibly rude." She added, "As if I wouldn't give money to help when all those people have been wiped out. I don't think anyone would do that." Tina and her friends later gave £30 to the fund, adding to the £200 that the singer has previously donated. A source explained, "Most people who came knew they would have to pay £10 to get in. But when Tina showed up, she refused to pay. "In the end she managed to get into the entrance of the venue but she was immediately told to leave.
