I had a video of me on youtube playing I'm Ok on the piano.

It's been up for AGES.

 

Got an email yesterday saying that RCA removed it due to copyright.

 

WTF

WHAT THE f***. I would be very pissed, I bet Christina would have let it stay -_-

Christina and I have scheduled lunch together in Atlanta, I'll see what I can do. -_-

There doing this a lot at the moment, stupid I know :(

dont they have there own artists/buisness to run around after then searching youtube for vids to delete :blink:

but doesnt the whole music videos on youtube thingy count as promo? cos not everyone has MTV or the Hits or what ever so they can go onto youtube and watch the video. seems pretty smart to just let the videos be.

Not really - anyone with the right software can rip the audio of the song from Youtube and have it as an MP3. Obv in this case that dont matter but with a single they are doing the sensible thing by removing it, really.

^true. but most people have the song before the video is made anyway via Promo CDS and radio rips
