Winehouse and Fielder-Civil shocked their friends and family when they tied the knot in a surprise ceremony in Miami, Florida on Friday (18May07). The couple got engaged in April - just a month after Winehouse dumped her previous beau Alex Claire to be with Fielder-Civil, who she split from last year (06). Speaking at this afternoon's (24May07) Ivor Novello Awards, where Winehouse picked up Best Contemporary Song for Rehab, she gushed, "It was all very sudden but that's the way I am. I had a lovely dress and he looked very handsome. "We're not planning a honeymoon, every day is a honeymoon, I've married the best man in the world."
