Delta to deliver

 

THE news from the Delta Goodrem camp is that an album is expected to be out at Christmas.

 

She has been spending time in Los Angeles and London finishing the tracks.

 

The album will be her first major recording in three years, which is a long time in the music world.

 

Goodrem can expect some competition from another expat.

 

Kylie Minogue is also likely to release a CD at Christmas.

 

Ohhh, that will be interesting, Delta vs Kylie!

Yeah i reckon christmas the now the most likely time for it to be released..."the best xmas gift is delta's new album" i can see that kinda c**p being advertised....Well, it's only a year from the original release time......

I don't thinkt he album will do well in the UK if it's released at xmas - it will get lost in the xmas rush surely? It would probably do well in Oz at that time of year - although Delta could release at any time there and do well! If the album is not going to be out till xmas, I think they should just wait until maybe late Jan/ February time to release it? :mellow: !

If it is released at xmas in Oz (more than likly end of NOV so it sells alot of xmas sales) then it will be released in late jan early feb, when there is ZERO competition in the uk

I agree with Jack, I doubt they would release it here at Christmas unless there is major promo and an ultra amazing single/video.

Oh finally some news!

 

As for the Brian/Delta writing I think he's have had an input but Delta's also been working a lot with the guys behind Natasha Bedingfield's album Unwritten so I'm sure there will be some different tracks on their too.

Just aslong as the songs don't sound like natasha's -_- and i think that their will be a max of one duet, it isn't a duet album and delta knows that.. i also doubt that it would be released for obv reasons unless it was great.

would be a great present for Xmas
