My Bloody Valentine is one of the most influential bands of all time. They released only two albums and some EPs...

This is "Soon" their most famous song and their catchiest too (the last song from "Loveless" album)

What do you think about it?

It sounds as good today as it ever did back then. In fact, the Weatherall mix is even better.

Other tunes to listen out for are You Made Me Realise, Losing My Breath and Feed Me With Your Kiss.

I put "Soon" in my Top 10 of my fave 50 Indie tracks of all time.... If you have a look for it, you'll find the thread on here somewhere.....

MBV were one of my fave bands as an early 90s 'Indie Kid'.. Amazing things they did with sound (especially in a live setting), never been repeated or bettered by anyone, not even the likes of Radiohead or Aphex Twin can top tracks like "Soon" or "To Here Knows When"....

I found that thread...

Fantastic work!

I think the #1 is well deserved (Joy Division). "Love Will Tear Us Apart" will be forever in my soul.

"Soon" sounds so fresh and distinctive; they could release this song today without problem! B)
