Yeah, I've heard about this "Hollywood" remake.... Christ, if they're not remaking their own films, they're stealing from other countries. I truly despair that ANYONE in Hollywood actually has half an original thought in their tiny little brains any more.... I mean, you cant really blame the likes of Nakata (Ring) or Shimizu (The Grudge) for taking the very large amounts of new cash waved in their face for old rope, the blame lies with Hollywood producers. Totally. All those sh"tty remakes get done, and the American film-makers who really do have the good, original ideas (such as Richard Linklater and the guys who made "Brick") have to rely on the "Indies" to give them the cash to make their films...

Yeah its great, btw has anyone seen the re-jiggled about second film (the one that was muddled due to the director of the first one's death half way thru production)
