You would think so, but remember she was top20 without downloads, seeing as she was added last night on iTunes, and the count was taken for sales on Monday/Sunday so she wont have downloads at all.

mmmm i don't think it is updated that much... well it hasn't been updated for about 1hr15 at the mo anyway :P

and it needs to be in the itunes top ten for a good few days to guarntee that it will go top 10 in the offical chart... remember that there are lots of other download sites, such as napstar and then it still needs to sell well physically..

There is a cut off at a certain point, but Its usually updated quite frequently.

I'm excited to buy all mine on Monday. I think it's awful that people would download and then not follow it up with buying a physical copy.

 

I only understand illegal downloading when people are too excited when a leak happens to wait it out. It shouldn't be used for anything else.

Hmmm... Im kind of in the middle, alot of CD's I still buy, but some music I do download but don't buy, because Im not a die-hard fan, I just wanted to see what the CD sounded like...

Yeah I guess sometimes it's good for discovering new sounds and there's lots of conflicting opinions over it. I'm not a big music downloader at all but I can see that when people do download something, they didn't think they necessarily would like, it creates new markets.
