June 7, 200718 yr Yes, she's shown that you don't have to do everything in the music business exactly like everyone else. You would never think that an artist could be so hugely successful with so little promotion and such widely spaced releases, but I guess the quality of the music makes up for it. B)

One measley advert on TV about twice a day and a TOTP performance was never going to be enough. :( Hence why it only sold 350k here. See, when she was promoting the Amarantin Xmas Edition, she did the WMA performance, and two other TV performances and the album went from #90 to #50 in the UK charts in two days! :lol:
June 8, 200718 yr Promotion will help, yes..I don't even remember seeing the Amarantine advert here more than twice.. :o I don't know, I think a lot about Enya comes from other people, then they pass the word on..or something.. :lol:
