So I've finally had some time to upload my pictures and videos :lol: I went to the opening UK show last Friday at the NEC in Birmingham... was SUCH a good night!

 

Well we got there a bit late and the supporting act had already started and she did sound quite good, but we couldn't be bothered to go watch her so we got some merch and some food and then went in. Then she finished and got everyone to go "be-yon-ce", then we got bored waiting so we went to the toilet and got a drink and stuff then we heard the intro starting and we literally ran from the back of the arena back to our seats JUST in time to see B come out of the floor :D

 

She started with Crazy In Love and I couldn't believe how stunning she looked :wub: She started singing and the crowd really were WILD, then she ripped off part of her dress and started doing some crazy ass dance which was AMAZING!

 

Get Me Bodied and Green Light were great performances too. I loved the dancing in them and you could tell that Beyonce really loved performing them. The dancing especially in Green Light was AMAZING! She was going to the crowd, GO GO GO GO! Then she came over to our side of the stage and done some GREAT dancing... HOLDING UP TRAFFIC GREEN MEANS GOOOO!

 

Flaws and All.... WOW! What a song and what a performance. I think this is my all time favourite Beyonce song and I was so excited when I found out she added it into her setlist... I knew I would cry :wub: lol. So she started singing and I really wanted a video of it so I started recording but then passed it to my friend cus I was so emotional lol (you can hear us talking on the video I've made lol). Then B started crying and I was like noooo, so that started me off even more. It was definitely one of my highlights from the whole night and now I love this song SO much more. 2nd best performance of the night :heart:

 

Naughty Girl, which is also one of my fave B songs, was about to start and this massive disco ball came down with red lights shining on it and turned the whole arena into a massive disco lol, then it was flashing white lights on it which was great... Then B was going to the crowd "are there any naughty girls in the audience"... "I think I see a naughty girl over here"... "Ohhh I think I see a naughty boy here" then she started singing and we were just in awe of her lol.

 

I was a bit miffed at why B had added Speechless into the setlist when I first read it and tbf, I've never really liked that song that much. But seriously, it was such a good performance and I got some good pictures from it :D Lol

 

The Destiny's Child medley was also one of my favourite parts. Bootylicious was :wub: as I knew it would. I couldn't wait for Cater 2 U cus I knew that would be amazing, and I was right :D Lol. Then she got into Survivor and was going to the crowd "anyone out there, you ever got hurt... anyone told you can't do something and you have, then you a SURVIVOR! like me, you're a survivor!" and obviously everyone was going crazy at this point.

 

We heard the into then to Beautiful Liar and me and my friend were goin crazy by this point, B started and was like BEEEEYONCE BEEEYONCE, then we went SHAKIRA SHAKIRA! I loved her outfit at this point and on the pics I've got of it she looks like a cross between Shakira and Mariah :lol: We were waiting for the dance to come, and it did... it did big style! She started walking down the stairs and started with the belly dancing, then she got to the bottom and done THE dance and everyone around us was like WOOOO!

 

My highlight of the whole night was Irreplaceable. I've always liked the song but I overplayed it so much so I thought that seeing it live would make me fall in love with it again -- I was right :lol: Beyonce said something like 'I'm gonna sing my personal favourite from the album now.. anybody know it? It's called Irreplaceable' then the whole crowd went WILD! B started off singing a bit of it and then she stopped and the crowd just carried on without her, and for a long time as well. Then when we finished there was a big cheer and B was like 'ohhh thank you, that was beautiful'... it literally bought me to tears! Lol! Of course she got everyone doing the 'to the left' thing and waving their hands to the left.. "it don't matter if you're old, young, a boy or a girl, I want ya'll waving your arms to the left!". Her vocals were totally amazing during this performance and when it finished she walked around the stage and was like 'ohh I see you all up there, waving around your arms', she's got so much stage presence it's UNREAL! She just stood there then saying thank you and taking in the applause :) And she done this symbol with her hands in the shape of a heart and was miming 'I love you' to different parts of the crowd and everyone was doing it back, I was really crying by now and I was like 'I LOVE YOU TO BEYONCE!' Anyway, she went off and people started leaving... I was like NOOO SHE'S COMING BACK ON FOR DEJA VU! :lol:

 

Then this girl was playing the guitar (I think) and the crowd was loving it, I was recovering from the great performance of Irreplaceable and we could see Beyonce then behind the stage in her orange dress getting ready to come back out. Then she did and went straight into Deja Vu (which is one of my all time favourite Beyonce songs).. I loved the way she was dancing on that belt thing that kept on moving down the stage. "Everybody put your hands together! COME ON" so obviously we all did :lol: Then she said "where is my biggest fan tonight?" and obviously the whole crowd (and me) were screaming like mad lol... and she went "hmm well I think we'll have to have a quiz.. what’s my nephews name?" and people were shouting but I couldn't understand and I didn't know the answer anyway, then she said "ohh too many people know that one, what's my middle name?" and I did know that one so I was shouting GISELLE GISELLE and again she said everyone knows that one, then she asked the one that I think most people would know out of the 3 she asked "what's my mothers name?" and I was like ITS TINA TINA TINA! But we were way too far away for us to give it to anyway even if she wanted to, it was obvious she was just gonna drop her sweaty towel into the people in the front row. She really put her all into that song and I just loved every single minute of it.

 

Truly was one of the best concerts I've ever been to :heart: I can't wait for you to come back B!

i went with my sis and my cus(male).. i was sat on the end yes and i was sittin BEHIND 2 girls and one of them was fat :lol:

Deja Vu was defo one of the highlights, crowd was CRAZY! Same as the DC medley actually, especially during Survivor cus B really went wild and got the crowd hyped up. Flaws & All is my favourite B song now.

And I forgot to add to my review at the begining but when she rose up from the smoke beneath the stage, she stood there with her arms open and said 'ladies and gentlemen, are you ready to be entertaineeeeed?'
